2. Filing a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that must include:

- Identification of the material that has been removed and its original location on the site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the party who submitted the DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringement Policy
Shahrefarang.live may terminate access or remove content of users who are repeat infringers, at its sole discretion and in accordance with the DMCA.
