Refund Policy

1. Premium purchases

This Refund Policy applies to Shahre Farang Premium purchases made through our website or an approved payment provider such as PayPal.

Before checkout, the selected plan, price, duration, payment type, and payment provider are shown for review.

2. One-time purchases

One-time Premium purchases are intended to activate access for the stated period or lifetime plan shown at checkout.

If access is not activated after a completed payment, please use Restore / Refresh Premium or contact billing support with your account email and transaction ID.

3. Recurring subscriptions

Recurring plans renew according to the billing cycle shown at checkout unless they are cancelled through the available account or provider management flow.

Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous completed billing periods.

4. Refund review

  • A duplicate charge was made for the same account and plan.
  • A completed payment did not activate Premium and support cannot restore it.
  • The wrong account was charged and we can verify the payment details.
  • A technical issue prevented use of the paid access for a meaningful period.

5. Non-refundable cases

  • Partial use of a completed billing period.
  • Change of mind after Premium access has been activated.
  • Purchases made through another provider that must be handled by that provider.
  • Requests without enough account or transaction information to verify the payment.

For billing help, contact us with your Shahre Farang account email, PayPal email if different, plan name, amount, payment date, and transaction ID.
