Subscription Terms

1. Premium access

Shahre Farang Premium gives access to Premium content and features available for the selected plan.

Free content may remain available without Premium, but Premium content requires an active eligible account.

2. Account requirement

Premium access is connected to the Shahre Farang account used during checkout.

Before payment, users should confirm they are signed in with the account that should receive Premium access.

3. Plan types

• Monthly, six-month, and yearly plans may be recurring or fixed-period depending on the checkout details shown before payment.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase for ongoing Premium access unless the account is closed for abuse, fraud, or legal reasons.
• The exact plan name, price, duration, payment type, and provider are shown before PayPal checkout starts.

4. Billing provider

Current website checkout uses PayPal as the payment provider. PayPal may ask users to sign in, use a card, or choose another available PayPal payment option.

Payment processing, provider account rules, and payment method availability may be controlled by PayPal.

5. Renewal and cancellation

For recurring plans, renewal happens according to the billing cycle shown at checkout.

Users are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal if they do not want future charges.

6. Upgrades

A user with an active plan may be offered only eligible upgrades. Users who already have Lifetime Premium should not be sent to checkout again for Premium.

7. Restore and support

If a payment is completed but Premium is not active, use Restore / Refresh Premium from the subscription page or contact billing support.

For support, include the account email, PayPal email if different, plan, amount, date, and transaction ID.

8. Changes

We may update these Subscription Terms as Premium features, prices, or providers change. The latest version will be posted on this page.
